Titanium Satellite has released a budget-conscious, extended frequency wideband, C-band LNBF based on Phase Lock Loop technology. The Titanium Satellite C1W-PLL lite is a single output LNBF covering 3.4 - 4.2GHz with an LO frequency of 5150.

The C1-PLL lite Wideband LNBF includes a dielectric plate for receiving circular polarity signals, 65mm three ring flat scalar with 3 point feedhorn clamping plus 6 zinc plated Phillips head screws designed for mounting on a prime focus dish with 3, 4 or button hook assembly. The water resistant lightweight housing, feedhorn cap and 3GHz rated f-fitting will provide years of reliable service. The custom produced PCB is exclusively produced by our manufacturing partner with static discharge testing that exceeds all competitor units. Titanium Satellite announces the availability of the first dual output, extended frequency wideband C-band LNBF based on Phase Lock Loop technology. The Titanium Satellite C2WPLL is a single output LNBF covering 3.4 - 4.2GHz with an LO frequency of 5150. Frequency stability of +/- 50KHz, 65dB gain @ 15 deg. K. allows reliable reception of the weakest narrow SCPC and high FEC carriers.

The C2PLL kit includes a dielectric plate for receiving circular polarity signals, 65mm three ring flat scalar with 3 point feedhorn clamping and 7 silver zinc plated hardware with hex key for mounting on a prime focus dish with 3, 4 or button hook assembly. Waterproof and UV protected to provide many years of reliable service in the most extreme environments. Custom produced PCB is exclusively produced by our manufacturing partner with upgraded 3GHz f-fitting and static discharge testing that exceeds all competitor units.

The Titanium Satellite C1-PLL ® Wideband version is a single output LNBF covering 3.4 - 4.2GHz with an LO frequency of 5150. Frequency stability of +/- 50KHz, 65dB gain @ 15 deg. K. allows reliable reception of the weakest narrow SCPC and high FEC carriers.

Like the popular Titanium Satellite C1PLL ®, the C1W-PLL ® kit includes a dielectric plate for receiving circular polarity signals, 65mm three ring flat scalar with 3 point feedhorn clamping and silver zinc plated hardware for mounting on a prime focus dish with 3, 4 or button hook assembly. If mounting the C1W-PLL on an offset type dish, purchase the optional CS1™ Conical Scalar kit. Tested to be completely waterproof and will provide many years of reliable service in the most extreme environments. The PCB and components are custom produced by our manufacturing partner then sorted to "A" grade. The f-fitting is upgraded to the blue insert 3GHz rating and static discharge testing exceeded all competitor units.




CS1™ Conical Scalar

What sets the CS1 ™ conical scalar apart from the crowd? The CS1 scalar and universal mounting kit is far more more than just better looking. Look past the glossy cool grey color finish and superior chrome plated Allen Head screws (w/included tool) and you will find a CAD tuned, aluminum cast, scalar. The CS1 is tuned for maximizing C-band RX signal quality by properly illuminating .5 - .8 FD offset type satellite dishes and attenuating undesired interference from out-of band frequencies and off-focus sources.

The three point set screws securely position the scalar on any standard size 65-68mm feedhorn. The CS1 Conical Scalar is ideal for mounting on any C-band or combination C/KU band feedhorn or LNBF.

The accessories include a universal poly 50 - 68mm feed horn clamp and hardware for mounting the feedhorn / LNBF on many brands and models of offset dishes. Options for bottom or side mounting holes are provided for attachment to the many varied feed support arm designs. While we cannnot guarantee that the universal clamp will fit on every dish design, it provides a secure grip and can be easily adapted with minimal fabrication to meet unique mounting requirements.

DiSEqC Positioner and Polarity Controller

The Titanium Satellite ASC1 ™ DiSEqC Positioner and Controller takes satellite dish positioning and polarity adjustment to a new level. The ASC1™ allows automatic or manual dish positioning and polarization adjustment under complete satellite receiver control for up to 99 satellites and memorizes these user settings using standard DiSEqC 1.2 protocol. Your DVBS/S2 receiver will now be able to automatically position a BUD with a 24 - 36vdc actuator jack and automatically switch polarities on a polarotor mechanical polarity system. Don't settle for a LNBF with a fixed polarity setting across the arc when you can now fine-tune the polarity skew setting for each satellite position to optimize reception of the weakest signals.

The ASC1 is the first consumer / light duty commercial dish controller to control a polarotor (mechanical polarizer) and interface with any receiver using the standard DiSEqC 1.2 commands. The ASC1 not only reliably controls the 24-36vdc positioner and ramps voltage on start/stops to minimize wear and tear on the actuator and dish structure, but also positions and fine-tunes the motorized mechanical polarotor for polarity skew control. The controller can be operated via the satellite receiver, 8 button remote control or front panel soft touch rubberized buttons to allow instant control of motor position, skew / position saving, recall and fine-tuning.

The multi-function front panel LCD display indicates the dish position, polarity skew, and DiSEqC motor position assignment. The LNB voltage is user switchable to either allow 13/18vdc pass-through polarity switching control or a fixed 18vdc output. The rear panel motor and sensor connections are heavy duty screw terminals capable of binding up to a 12 gauge wire. Count resolution support up to 50hz allows pinpoint accuracy on automatic dish positioning. The multi-tap high current transformer is rear panel switched to allow operation worldwide with any AC line voltage ranging between 90-240VAC @ 50/60hz. A external serial port allows for firmware updates and saving/editing/loading custom user settings via a PC.

Seamlessly flip between channels and automatically scan multiple satellites and polarities without needing to use a old 4DTV or analog receiver to position the dish and change polarity. Now anyone in the household can simply select their favorite channel and the dish will move to the correct satellite position and polarity is automatically set! Why pay thousands of dollars for a commercial single axis controller when the full featured Titanium Satellite ASC1 is available at a fraction of the cost?
